You can connect your Google Sheets with several Google Slides or Google Docs. This way, you can insert your variables created in Google Sheets as text and content in a document, and have them always up to date.

Option 1 : In Google Sheets, connect a new Slides presentation or Google Documents

After creating your variables in Google Sheets, you can click on the button “link documents” of your Dokin add-on in Google Sheets and select the Slides or Docs to which you would like to export the variables of your spreadsheet.

You can now open the corresponding document, by clicking on “Options”

Open your linked documents to start adding variables and customizing them
