Your variables can easily be managed at any given moment. With your Dokin add-on open in your Google Sheets you can locate your variables within your spreadsheet, edit and delete them.

1. Locating variables in your spreadsheet

To locate a variable within your spreadsheet, unfold your variable in the Dokin add-on and click on the locate button.

This allows you to see exactly what cells of the spreadsheet are included in your variable

2. Editing a variable

To edit a variable click on the option button on the variable field and click on edit:

From here you can edit your variable name and cells.

Once you are done click on “Edit” to save.

3. Deleting a variable

To delete a variable, first select the ones you want to delete by checking the selection box

To delete the ones you have selected, click on the bin icon. Your variables are now deleted. 

Their value will also disappear from any Docs or Slides you had inserted them in.
